Lovely lofts

Came to town for a funeral. The place was amazing, so cute with beautiful decor. The location was wonderful with lots to do and cute restaurants, shops, trails all right out the door. Management was responsive with excellent communication. Never been to Loveland or Cincinnati before, now want to come again because the place was great and there is a lot to do!!

What a beautiful property right in the heart of Loveland. Great communication from the owner which made this stay very enjoyable. Was looking for just a quick overnight getaway and it surpassed expectations. We will definitely book again.

It was welcoming to pets and the property is in a great ideal location in which we could walk everywhere such as local restaurants and shops with easy access to the amazing trail.

I expected a king bed, as I paid more than the queen bed price. Bed was a full. Bathroom toilet not clean and dirty linens found in the closet. For the price I think it should be spotless!

The property is attractive and convenient and very clean. The beds are especially comfortable. The comfort is challenged by the lack of any lamps or good reading light and the lack of cable tv reception which limits tv access to news and some streaming such as Netflix. The remotes are difficult to decifer without available instructions. Communication with management is helpful and courteous but sometimes not available. Over all, the lifts are attractive and comfortable but definitely need good tv service and bedside table lamps.

I had the room on July 4th, so downtown Loveland was packed. The communication with Jodi (the woman who works for Loveland Lofts) was subpar. I called and emailed a day or two before my reservation with a few questions and never got any response. When I finally got ahold of her the day of the reservation, she was unaware of my booking?! There was no available parking due to the holiday, so when I went to park in the gated lot that comes with the room none of the codes Jodi gave me worked, so I had to drive around for about 30 minutes until she could come and let me in. She was friendly and apologetic, but it was very frustrating, disorganized and unprofessional. The room was pretty, but the TV and WiFi wouldn’t work, and when I texted Jodi my questions she simply didn’t respond or answer. I never heard from her again. The potential for this place to be great is there, unfortunately the management is not good, and I felt that my stay was an inconvenience in some way. I caution anyone looking to book this place.
