The staff was unhelpful and rude, the rooms was nasty- walls were dripping with some kind of substance, burn holes in the bedding, towels stained, messaged the property and they never responded…. I didn’t even stay the night it was so bad

Room service was good, staff was helpful, lobby coffee was awful, hallways stunk with cigarette smoke, and it was disappointing to find out there was no continental breakfast or even some fruit out in the morning for guests. Some weights in the fitness room would be helpful.

This did the trick for the night, but as a solo adult traveling with kids, I definitely blocked the door and didn’t leave valuables in the car.

So nice and so very clean! Beautiful updated room, bathroom floors were heated! Loved our stay would highly recommend! Also shuttles for free to kings island which is so convenient!
