The area around the hotel is under heavy construction. The hotel lobby was filthy. The furniture in the lobby was so dirty that we were unwilling to sit anywhere. The front desk staff was rude and very unfriendly. The "restaurant" pantry area is OVERPRICED to the point that I laughed in their face when they told me a small donut the size of a silver dollar was $3.00. A medium coffee was $5.50 and up......total rip off. The room itself has so much hair on the floor on the bathroom that we initially thought the tile floor was cracked. The bathroom lighting is harsh and the shower water pressure is VERY bad. I would sooner stay at Motel 6 than pay to stay at this hotel ever again.

Condition of room was disappointing for Hyatt standard. Ceiling is shower was water damaged. Headboard looked dodgy
