Waited 20 minutes in lobby for someone at desk to check-in. 8:00pm should be a reasonable time to check in. While attendent was away from desk reportedly helping another guest, there was no sign, no alert, and no response to a phone call. Should not have to wait 20 minutes to even see a front desk attendent.

Very loud all night with foot traffic stomping in room above ours. Front desk transferred us to new room. All night noise stopped, but stomping and creaking above were very loud early in the morning. Please be careful when you stay in this hotel. The staff who are in charge in the front desk do not know how to operate the billing system in their computer and you might get charge triple for a room and you might also find out other extras charges to your room. I plan to stay at this hotel again and have stayed there before. It is convenient to my aunt’s assisted living facility and super convenient to many restaurants and other stores as well as an easy hop and jump to the freeway. I just wish that there are towel bars … which is minor.

Hotel was nice, staff was not to friendly. Elevator was broken and had to carry luggage down stairs. They said other elevator had been down since last week.
