Room was very dirty. Walking in the room for a few minutes with bare feet, went into shower and the dirt from the carpet was all over the shower floor, disgusting.

Location is great, but hotel is starting to look run down. Will probably stay elsewhere next visit

We haves stayed in this hotel multiple times, this time it seemed different. Not as clean, no shampoo, soap or tissues.

Dave was great he help find it was dark and could see the street signs and talk me right on the building Very nice person.
We'll back in about Month hope he still there.

Our freezer didn't work in our room, melted the overpriced ice cream that we bought (AT THE HOTEL!), and they wouldn't reimburse us. Seriously? DO BETTER with your customer service!
