The decor was very appealing.. i would have like the availability of additional pillows and a more comfortable mattress.

I was given a room on the first floor that had black mold on the bathroom ceiling. You could see that there had been damage to the ceiling at some point. I requested a different room as I am highly allergic to mold. The second room was on the second floor and also had mold spots on the ceiling. There is a bulge in the drywall of the ceiling which looks like water damage. I stayed overnight with the bathroom door closed and left the next morning. I forwarded pictures to the desk clerk, who forwarded them to her manager. I was told that I would receive a refund but have yet to see it after 3 days. I reached out through Expedia and have yet to receive a response.

As they are the ones who charged you and are issuing the refund, you will need to get in contact with them about any questions or concerns you have about it. We hope this gets resolved for you soon.

I stayed for one night while traveling and the room and hotel had everything I wanted/ needed at a very reasonable price. Clean, comfortable room, decent hot breakfast, and pleasant, helpful staff. Loved the quiet surroundings, with the hotel butting up against beautiful agricultural land that will likely be destroyed for more big box stores in the near future, but which for now serves as wildlife habitat and an important reminder that this area was all farms and small towns until recently.

Clean hotel and nice breakfast options. Only complaint is that bathroom shampoo, conditioner and soap were empty in our room. Bathroom in lobby had no soap either.
