Halls smelled stale like urine. Curtains in room stained. Sheets had stains on them. The room smelled musty.

I booked here because I was traveling with my adult son. I booked a room that had a separate bedroom. Upon arrival I was told that wasn’t an option, because they were At capacity. I requested to book an additional room and I was told that wasn’t an option. No doubt in my mind this hotel was far from booked, I saw literally 3 guests the whole time I was there and the parking lot has very few cars.

Very outdated and dirty. Customer service needs improvement. Asked for towels 3 different times and was told they didn’t have any more. Eventually I think he got irritated and just pulled some out of the dryer. It seemed like most of their customers are long term tenants.

Was shown 2 available rooms. Both very dirty and unacceptable. 1st Room had dirt and grass in the bath tub. 2nd room had a huge cockroach in the bathtub. I did not stay after that and checked into another nearby hotel. Very disappointed in this property and condition.

Use as last resort
Posted 19 Aug 2024 on HotelsGrateful to get squeezed in but the hotel was very dirty. There was shoes in front of door. There were socks and comb on the floor in our room. The floor was sticky and was bathroom dirty. There was dirty dishes in stub on the floor in the hallway. No coffee in the lounge area in the morning.
