the staff was amazing . had an unforeseen event happen as we were there , the staff gave us leeway to make sure we had our ride in town before we checked out . very nice about everything .

A couple things to point out. The hotel was accessible to anyone, guests or non-guests 24/7. I'm pointing out the electronic sliding double-glass doors to the parking lot. I would prefer to see public access end by 11:00pm. There was a pad for key service but it was from an earlier hotel management group. Second, I was in Room 215. The in-wall A/C unit did not provide sufficient cooling. My sleep was difficult due to excessive warmth.

Looks better inside than on the outside. I checked in at 6pm and the staff keyed into my room 15 minutes later to check the room while I was sitting on the toilet. This check should have been done before general check-in began at 3 pm, this pissed me off and was not a good start to the stay but the stay was cool beyond that. The AC unit was a little louder and made weirder noises than normal. Room #123

It is a bit old, but it is a good place to sleep for a one night stay.

Staff wasn't super friendly. The pool was so cold you couldn't enjoy it. There were extra fees for everything down to if you stained any linen you had to pay $100 (I have a toddler who is still potty training so that was a lot of anxiety)
