The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The location on the outskirts of Cincinnati was ideal for our purposes, and we found many excellent dining options nearby.

Stayed three nights (stay twice a year)
First night TV wasn't working. They tried to fix it, but couldn't. I called them on night 3 to report.. was told it needed replacement (at that point i just wanted them to know before a new guest arrived.
Manager was totally professional and transparent. I was most happy with their response and consideration.
I'll be staying here when visiting Cincinnati in the future

The two young ladies on check in and check out
Was wonderful and treated me with the upmost respect and was very respectful and helpful and their personality was kid
