The manager of the hotel was very friendly and polite but some staff were very rude breakfast was Repetitious and boring coffee was not including you have to pay internet was awful all day the time was disconnected so I was not happy about it

Taşliman otelde 2 gün arkadaşlarımla konakladık temizlik ve personelin güler yüzü çok iyiydi çok memnun kaldık sadece kahvaltısı biraz daha geliştirilebilir

Harika bir otel, çalışanlar çok yardımsever ve nazik. Balkondan manzara çok güzel, odalar ve otel tertemiz. Yalovada kalınacak yerler arasında kesinlikle ilk sırada. Denize girme fırsatım olmadı ama girenler için özel şezlong da çıkarıyorlar. Bahçesi keyif için birebir.

Vår opplevelse ved innsjekking på dette hotellet var en blanding av blandet service, men med positive og negative aspekter. Ved ankomst omtrent 45 minutter før innsjekkingstiden, ble vi høflig bedt om å vente, noe som var forventet. Imidlertid virket resepsjonisten opptatt med sin mobiltelefon eller datamaskin og viste begrenset interesse for å ønske oss velkommen. Vi valgte å benytte ventetiden ved å utforske det vakre sjøområdet rett over veien, som var en svært hyggelig opplevelse. Vårt rom var imidlertid enestående i renhet og komfort, og de utstrålte en behagelig duft som bidro til å skape en trivelig atmosfære. Dagen etter opplevde vi en mer givende interaksjon med en ny resepsjonist. Han var svært hyggelig og imøtekommende, selv om han kanskje var litt for pratsom. Han ga oss verdifulle tips om nærområdet og prøvde til og med å tegne et kart over anbefalte steder for oss. Hotellet annonser klesvask som en av sine populære fasiliteter, men noe de ikke kjente seg igjen i ved forespørsel. De tok likevel i mot våre klær for vask, men ved tilbakelevering var klærne velvasket og pent brettet, noe som var en hyggelig gest fra deres side. Dessverre var klærne fortsatt fuktige, og en av genserne våre ble dessverre ødelagt i vasken. Dette skapte en uheldig stemning for oss, da vi hadde håpet på en feilfri opplevelse. Det er vår oppriktige håp at hotellet kan se på dette som en mulighet til å forbedre seg og tilby enda bedre tjenester i fremtiden.
