Was great a few years ago but now is run down. It badly needs room upgrades. Disgusting grey and frayed bath towels were a shock. Not to Mercure standard.

Three rooms that we've got upon check in was dirty , hairs all over the carpet. Bathroom is dirty, carpet is dirty. The staff is unpleasant overall condition of the hotel rated as 4 star was not suitable at all. The breakfast was over price We have requested quiet floor but the room we've got was so noisy as it was facing the main road.

One of the best hotels in Bandung, staff is very courteous and the breakfast buffet is outstanding. Unfortunately the pool was closed for maintenance which was something I would have looked forward to.
