This was hands down the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced! Shuttle never showed at airport, the phone number was not a working number, room was filthy and the bedding was never changed...... Front dest lady was rude....Management was supposed to reach out and never did! Never again Best Western!!!!!! Do NOT stay here

The staff was friendly since the beginning. The room was large, clean, and meet expectations. I would highly recommend this Best Western for your stay in El Paso.
