"I came here with young kids and had a great day. The staff was very helpful and the food was amazing and the customized it to be non-spicy for my kids. The breakfast is really good and they packed us brunch for my kids when we were traveling upon request. The hotel is at a prominent location and a little on the outskirts of the city and hence we can avoid all the traffic While traveling as a tourist here. There is a lot of hustle and bustle in this hotel, and there were marriages held when we were staying in the hotel so it wasn’t very quiet as other hotels we have lived in. Politician also visited the hotel during our stay and there was a lot of security in the hotel that day. The pool had many bugs and the water was cold and there was no hot pool here. The gym is also not very clean and they didn’t allow my kids to touch any equipment even though I was around. "

"I apprehensively booked this hotel for one night, not knowing what to expect. However, I was pleasantly surprised! This hotel is a fairly decent option in Aurangabad, likely around a 3-star rating. The rooms are nice and spacious (we were upgraded to a suite, thank you very much!) and very clean. The showers are excellent, providing hot water at just the right pressure. The restaurant "Firangi" offers a fantastic breakfast spread that caters to both Indian and non-Indian palates. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay when visiting the Ajanta and Ellora caves."

"We really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The rooms and facilities were really nice as well as clean. All of the staff were really friendly, lovely and helpful. They were quick to respond to any issue we had. One of which was the fact that the bedrooms didn't have a mirror near to a plug socket. Maybe not used to western women staying. However they quickly found us a mirror for each bedroom. When we seemed to have a problem with the air con late at night, again someone was quick to come and help us. The cleaners used to leave us sculptures made from towels. The porter on realising that one of our rooms had a double bed and the other one had a connecting door, was ahead of us in asking reception to switch the room so that we were in adjoining rooms with twin beds. The restaurant food was very tasty. However the idea of using a QR code to scan a lengthy menu is painful. The list is so long and there is no quick way to jump up or down the list without a lot of scrolling. That really needs re-thinking. Either create a paper menu or improve the website. "

"清潔感は問題ありませんでした。 朝食と夕食を予約していましたが、最初はスタッフに伝わっていませんでした。支払っていることを伝えると持ってきてもらえましたが、8時半以降でないと持ってきてもらえない所が少し残念でした。夕食の内容はベジミールスで美味しかったです。ただインドにしては珍しく周囲におしゃれなレストランが立ち並んでいるのでそちらに行ったほうがいいかもしれません。 またホテルのWi-Fiが壊れているのか一階でしか使えませんでした。"

"Overall the hotel is good relative to the price paid. Location is super as it is near to the airport, on the main road, and near to the downtown. Service is good as well and staffs are friendly. Breakfast served is simple but very tasty. Lunch and dinner are just average. Cleanliness and decos are good."
