Staff is not very professional especially the receptions and Damar restaurant.

Good choice!
Posted 16 May 2024 on HotelsVery comfortable stay and a nice resort hotel. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Facilities excellent with multiple pools. Overall a great hotel with Bali vibes. Only issue is the traffic locally is bad. It’s an hour to get to Bogor despite being only 10km’s away.

It was nice to be a family trip. There are many kids activities. And the mountain air is good in there.

It was suppose to be a celebration with my wife, but ended up the villa we are put on had issues with their wifi and phone was dead. We have to wait for about 2 hours to get it all sorted out and we missed our dinner reservation.
