Only drawback was the flight of stairs up to reception. The staff was very helpful in bringing up our luggage though.

In the edge of the old town so easy to get to from the train station. Comfy room and really friendly staff. The corridor was under renovation at the time so looked a bit run down.

There was a very strange key lock system. Under renovations. Superior room was okay but rest of hotel very dated. Breakfast was minimal and not very tasty; over priced. Good location.

However, all our guests receive a badge in addition to their room key so that they can enter the hotel at any time and are not dependent on our staff. Unfortunately, based on your review, we can't understand what you have found strange on it.As you will most likely have noticed during your stay, the hotel is not currently being actively remodelled or renovated. Therefore, there should not be any noise disturbance or other inconvenience to guests.

staff were nice, hotel room was clean and view was of the mountains. dining options, including downstairs restaurant. bus transportation is good.

The staff at reception was so sweet and friendly. She helped glue my husband’s broken reading glasses with some superglue that she found!

We stayed in a special room no.5 . The oldest room in Chur. Very historical. Clean. Old floor so expect creaking when walking around. Overall 1 night stay was pleasant and interesting.

Still refurbishment going on. But room was comfortable and bathroom new and clean.
