2 types of tax need to be pay when arrive which maybe better include in the accommodation fees. Average 7 to 15 min walking distance to the main tourist area. Not sure any towel changes available for the guests who stays more than 2 days.

There were some good things about this property: the location was good (close to Canal City, train stations), and there were multiple convenience stores, restaurants and coffee shops closeby. There were, however, some negatives. First, this hotel is one of several "Grand Base" hotels which made finding the hotel confusing. Second, the apartment we rented was different from what we were expecting. We rented the Superior D Unit. Based on the web site description and reviews, we were expecting two bedrooms, each with two double beds, and each separated from the kitchen/living area. Our unit had one bedroom with two double beds. The other two double beds were in the same room as the kitchen with no door or partition. This meant that there was no privacy at all for anyone using those beds. The listing on Expedia says that this Unit sleeps 12. I think that must be a mistake. Third, as others have mentioned, the door to the one bedroom lets light in. That room also had two windows, only one of which had a curtain so morning light came in (at 5:00 am). Perhaps the most annoying feature, however, was the automatic motion-sensor light located at the entrance of the apartment that came on whenever anyone used the bathroom. We could not find any way to turn it off so it went on at all hours, flooding the entire apartment (including the separate bedroom) with light. I didn't hate it and would give it 3.5 stars if that were an option but I'd think twice before staying here again.

The maximum number of people in this case is listed, so the total number is 12 people. 7 night family stay

We loved our stay at Grand Base Fukuoka-the beds and pillows were comfortable. The duvet/comforter can be improved since it bunches up at times. Within walking distance to Canal City and Tenjin Minami station. We liked how spacious the room was, with a dining table and sofa, 2 balconies and 2 bedrooms with 4 beds-just right for our family of 5. We were lacking 1 chair though. One of my few concerns was the trash, there no specific instructions on how to dispose of the trash since this was an unmanned hotel. We chanced upon a cleaner 1 day and had them dispose of our trash. The wifi conked out the last 2 days out of the 7 nights during our stay, so this was a major issue for me. We had no way of letting our hotel know about this issue. So communication with hotel got a low rating. Better bring some dishcloth for cleaning up stuff since there was no cleaning service included.

長期滞在でした。 アクセスがかなり良かったです。2週間の滞在中お部屋からフロント?に3回連絡しましたが、3回中2回は繋がりませんでした。 チェックインで戸惑っていた際にお掃除の方が対応して下さいました、わかりやすく気持ち良く過ごす事が出来ました、ありがとうございました❗️
