Need better cleaners

Excellent communication instructions ahead of arrival and we are fully aware of what to expect with the unmanned hotel check in. The place is unclean - the elevator is fully of dust on the wall and you can smell the old dusty smell. The cleaner ladies obviously sees it everyday and choose to ignore it as it’s the exact same for the 4 nights we stayed. The bathroom has lots of water stains, several strands of hair, the sink has an oil film glare, sofa seats are covered in brown stains. The bed is quite uncomfortable with the pillow being quite hard. We woke up with back and neck aches everyday.

The hotel room was good and clean. The communication could have been improved. The property is supposed to have washer and drier but the drier seems to be broken. The host communicated to use bathroom vent to dry clothes without even a drying rack. That was disappointing

Thank you very much for your reservation at our hotel. As we mentioned in our reply to your inquiry during your stay, each room in our hotel is equipped with a washing machine. The washing machine itself does not have a drying function, but we do have a "bathroom drying function". This is different from "ventilation" in the bathroom. We checked the bathroom dryer function after your check-out and it worked fine. Please refer to the instructions on how to use the bathroom dryer on the guestroom tablets if you need to use it next time. If you have any questions, please contact our customer support again.

In a walking distance to the major stations Tenjin and Hakata. There a lot of options for shoping and sightseeing in the nearby area. Very cosy in a Nordic style room that is equiped with everithing that you can need. Very quiet, clean and new. The accommodarion is for a reasonable price. I can recommend it both for short and long stay.

Clean, decent, convenient & no frills hotel.... Was a bit put off by the 'no manning' reception.... But all good at the end. Helpful too....

ホテルの宿泊室内の清掃が徹底されれば良いと思う。 宿泊税についての説明がなかった。宿泊税は7歳未満は受付対象外であることを玄関の貯金箱に描いてて欲しい。
