Arrived late, reception staff available to help when we don't know where to park. Very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. Double bed room a bit small. Room with 2 twin beds very spacious.

The AC vent was really really dirty and was full of dust and fungus. When I informed the staff they said “OKAY” and that’s it not even a sigh of concern.
It is a health hazard.

Very comfortable and affordable option near Sapporo downtown.
There's a Toyota rental in the location too - would have definitely taken advantage of that if I knew about it
Would recommend!

Smell of smoke on lobby and room persists, room needs thorough deep clean. Was expensive for level, otherwise was good.

The room is quite big and there are 4 beds but tge hotel is quite old.
