The thin mattress protector is dirty with lots of stains. The bathroom is tiny. On-site hot spring bath is good. Breakfast good. Love their Macha latte. Staffs are very friendly.

The staff were polite and helpful. When I first turned on the heat in my room, there was a bad smell. However, it faded after a while. I mentioned this to the staff and they came to check it out thoroughly, offering to switch room if the smell persist. There was a slight musty smell overall that might be from the wood material of the building. I didn't like it, but it wasn't intolerable. I like the amenities provided. The ice cream after public bath was delicious.

We really loved our stay here - the rooms were clean and well supplied, the hot spring was terrific for travelers, and the staff was very polite and helpful. Easy access to subway lines for changing cities or parts of town.

Beautiful Onsen amenities like the sauna and cold plunge. Also loved the massage chairs and free snacks! Made the whole stay worth while!

Unlike our other hotels in Japan, this one felt lower quality. For instance, the pillows were really uncomfortable. We even talked to other guests who had the same issue with the pillows. Also, there is an automatic sensor for the light near the bathroom that can't be turned off, so if you go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, there's no way to avoid having a bright light turn on, which is really just a terrible design flaw. Overall, definitely our worst hotel in Japan since the rest were of high quality and this one was merely okay and had some big flaws.

I am so happy I decided to stay here! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The food was amazing. The proximity to train station and other places was ideal. They also provided me skin covers for my tattoos so I could use the Osen. 10/10 stay.

A very enjoyable stay, but given that it's Nono our family did expect more. Compared to Nono Kyoto and Dormy Inn Kobe, the hot spring area is rather small, and there's not even water provided in the relaxation area outside the hot spring. Breakfast was really lovely though, it had lived up to the Nono expectation. I would strongly suggest the hotel to provide free cold drinks (even water) at the lobby, which will greatly delight guests in the feverish weather!
