Not clean at all and no towels also bed are so small not comfortable

We had a death in the family and were unable to plan for the stay. Staff was kind, at check in we were assigned a room that the bed sheets had blood under the pillow, not stains but chunks of bloody stuff, we were moved next door. we received 2 pillows, no extra pillows, we were told. No bath towels or wash cloths, we asked and were given two towels, no wash cloths, and no extras .we took a trip to Walmart bought towels, wash cloths, extra pillows. And a blanket without burn marks. All I can say is, if we had not all ready paid We would have left, kind people. But would you sleep on a bloody bed, with burn holes, and one towel each, With no wash cloths, and the passing of your mother. If you answer yes. Wow good for you! I won’t again.

Roaches in rooms, police activity, bad area.
