Hello Durie. Please let the hotel staff know if there's anything they can do to improve your stay (while you are still at the hotel). Communication is key to a good hotel stay and you only asked for extra towels and sheets (and pillows) and didn't mention anything else. One of our staff members even checked with you the day after you checked in and you mentioned everything was good. Other than a noise complaint from your downstairs neighbors on your last evening (which was promptly resolved), we didn't have any other complaints coming from you. If you're unhappy with the rates, we would like to remind you that you stayed with us during Comic-Con season. We are at a loss as to why you are unhappy. At the very least, thank you for putting in a review score.

It was clean they didn’t have breakfast and ice machine was out of service

Our stay at the Johnson hotel was pleasant thank you Mike and the owner for helping with a nice room to stay in for one night
