Unfortunately the property is right next to the freeway but I always turn on the air anyway so that helped a lot to block any noise. The room was very clean which I appreciate most. Arrived at 2am therefore kindly asked in advance for a late checkout, which was granted for 12pm but housekeeping didn’t respect it and started knocking and entered our room at 11am. We had everything planned to be out of the room by 11:45am and we told housekeeping but she kept coming back to knock every 5-10 mins - it was really annoying.

They registered the wrong room so when we arrived at night we couldn’t enter to the room we had to go with the staff. Place it is very noisy it is close too the freeway so all night you hear the cars.

Our toilet got clogged. The lobby was closed. A stairway was closed off by our room. The elevator was dirty. Its very outdated and needs a lot of work. Old carpeting in the rooms. This is the worse best western I've been too.

Front desk guy was great. However, we booked double queen beds for us and our kids and were told they had none available upon check-in. How does this happen? The guy at the desk was very accommodating offering two rooms, but without an interior door conjoining the rooms we didn't feel safe with our kids in a totally separate room so they had to sleep on the floor. The hotel is SUPER noisy in the morning, with trash pickup like 3 different times, major traffic noise, and proximity to a major freeway. It was fine, but for the price not a great value.
