"This was the best hotel we stayed at in Anchorage. I loved the food at the rooftop restaurant. It felt like an old-school fancy restaurant. The stores were definitely several notches above other hotel stores. Unique things and not a bunch of junk. The room was quiet and clean. I wish we stayed here the whole time. Cruise crowd was a little bit of a bummer but I can see why they would want to make this place available to exclusive cruises ."

"It was clean, people were friendly, only thing I can complain about is we got a suite for 3 adults and 3 children and we only had 3 towels in one bathroom, there were 2 bathrooms in the suite, we requested more towels and we’re told we have to go to the front desk to get them, when we did, they said they didn’t have extra towels"
