Close to good food places. Right in the city. Would be staying here next time for sure.

Access to local transportation and metro. Quiet during the nights. comfortable and safe for a family.

Perfect location to walk around the city from. The room was quiet, cold (in this hot weather!) and clean. There was clear communication and helpful recommendations.

Madrid Stay

The stay was excellent. This property is very centrally located. There are 2 baggage storage near the property. I suggested them that if they can have couple of welcome water bottles that will be great, but other than that everything was awesome. Our apartment had access to roof terrace (pics added). Highly recommended.

Chueca Jewell!

Amazing apartment in the excellent location of Chueca. This apartment was very well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay: iron, ironboard, washer & dryer machine, and a terrace.

Safe, quiet residential location away from the major tourist areas. 3-minute walk to the Chueca metro and 7 minutes to the Gran Via metro, which made it easy to get around Madrid. Liked that the San Anton market was nearby, which has a nice indoor food court and large grocery store. The unit also provided coffee for the coffee maker, and with an excellent bakery right around the corner, made it convenient for making breakfast or other meals. Unit comes with a compact washer/dryer combo if you need to do laundry. The only negative was uploading the check-in documents through the app did not work for me, so I finally had to take a picture and email it in. We stayed in a 1-bedroom unit, which was a little tight for our family of 4. However, it met all our needs and would stay here again.

Excellent option walkable to Gran Via (about 5min) and all main attraction from the center. Easy self check in. Communication with owners at all time via WhatsApp. Apartment is great, all appliances and amenities you might need. Highly recommended.

Good apartment with a great location

Check in was a little stressful because we were given an incorrect access code into the building. I called them and they said they would email me the correct code, but I told them I was outside the door with no WiFi, then they gave it to me over the phone. Once in we were able to retrieve the cards to enter the unit. Unit was clean, furniture a little worn, but comfortable. Kitchen had good pots, pans, utensils, oil, salt and pepper which is nice to provide. Also gave us a pod for the washing machine. Bed was comfortable and there was plenty of storage. Guest booklet is a very nice touch which includes good information. Location was fantastic. Near grocery store, restaurants and sites. We had a couple of issues with the unit. Toilet stopped flushing in the middle of the night and coffee maker didn’t work. Since there is no one onsite you have to call or what’s app the apartment managers. They don’t open until 10:00am, but have an emergency service and a canned response. They did fix the toilet but never responded about the coffee maker not working properly. Improvement is needed with communication.

Despite the inconveniences that you mentioned, we see that the stay has been good.On the day of your arrival, the access code was changed to improve security, this usually changes according to the protocols but we do not have advance notice to inform clients.We will check with our emergency team to find out why no one answered their call and did not help them.After reviewing their conversations, we have not seen any information about the coffee maker, which is why we could not provide them with one that worked correctly.We apologize for the inconvenience and hope that you will give us another opportunity so that you can see that this is not usual in our apartments.All the best,Sergio.
