Mary, I’m sorry to hear that you didn’t have a good experience at one of our units. When you inquired about the kitchenette or a full kitchen room, we did offer to upgrade your reservation. I understand you would have preferred to stay in a unit with a kitchen or in one of our cabins. However, you mentioned the room was good enough for the night and didn’t want to spend more money on an upgrade. I’m sorry that the standard room didn’t meet your expectations. It comes equipped with a coffee maker, kettle, and a small fridge with a mini freezer, as stated in our listing. We also clearly differentiate between the standard rooms, units with kitchenettes, and full kitchens, as well as our cabins. For your future stays, we encourage you to book a unit or cabin that includes a kitchen or kitchenette to better suit your needs.
