This location was perfect as a getaway for couples. However, the online pictures are from when the property was renovated 2 years ago. It appears since that time, there has been limited groundskeepers. Of the three shown beach areas, only one was not over run by grass, weeds and debris making them not usable. The resort didn’t even bother to put chairs out anymore. The beach third area was limited and it was not because of washed up sea grass. Sidewalks, parking areas and other outdoor spaces were overgrown as well. The staffing was “light” but everyone there was working hard to try to make the property functional. We saw about 10 employees trying to keep the whole thing running. Even with that, the staff was super friendly and helpful. They truly seemed to be happy. We stayed in a villa on property and it was nice despite the fact that every time it rained water came in under the door. We spoke with another couple who had been to the resort two years ago at the pool one day and they couldn’t believe the change since their first visit. Additionally we spoke with honeymooners staying who agreed that the pictures online did not match the experience we were having.

The stay was good. There were places that were still being fixed. Convenient food every day. Our room was nice except for the leak in the bathroom ceiling. Overall we had a very pleasant stay.

Overall the resort was wonderful, quiet and relaxing. The staff were always friendly and attentive. Housekeeping services, however, could be better. We were 2 of 37 guests total during our stay so it was difficult to understand why our room would not be touched until late afternoon AFTER we got back from whatever we did that day. The first day items like coffe, water and creamers were replenished. We had to ask for more towels, to replace ones they took, more coffee and water bottles daily after that.

Our room was nice and well cleaned. Property could use some major renovations due to water damage. Food options could be better. Staffing was light, only one bartender for the whole bar at night. Casio was ok but slots didnt pay ANYTHING. When we arrived we were greeted with rum punch which was awesome! Overall, our experience was great just some of thw minor things listed above but nothing that effected our trip! Mandi was amazing!

I just spent a week here and was pretty much on my own and the whole staff was amazing each one took time to make sure that everything I needed or wanted was there for me. The property was beautiful. I felt very safe wandering around all by myself, the food was good and I met many many friends. I will definitely be coming back to this property. I wish I had everybody’s name and could post it in here, but everyone on the staff was amazing

We had a good time. The hot tub was broken the whole time so that was a bummer.

No microwave in room. Found an ice machine day before leaving. Very limited food choices, bar and grill, italian 3 nights per week via reservation, and breakfast buffet every day, buffet supper on nights Italian isn't open. Ocean water always cloudy. CLEAN rooms. Friendly staff, but do not inform of no transportation provided by resort. All travel from resort has a cost. Has a small casino with a pay at a deli-like cafe. Golf cart is available from resort to casino. NOTHING at resort open for a cup of coffee until 7am. I guess thats what island time is like.

This is why we highly recommend that guests rent a car to explore the island!

For a three night getaway this all inclusive resort was a great choice. Food options were fantastic. The staff were very warm and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again. If there was drawback it would have to be the rooster that was an unexpected wake up call every morning. But then again it is St. Croix.

Besides the seaweed on the beach, which they cant help. You cant find a more beautiful place for the price. All of the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. We had the absolute best time. The buffet options couldve been more but the skze of the resort, it was fine. Overall our stay was perfect and have zero actual complaints. Id rent a car if you go tho because its a good 20 minutes from anything you mau want to do. Divi if youre reading this. You guys are great!
