They told me that I needed to contact them. I had a time so I can reserve parking in their parking lot when I looked on the website it said that they had parking lot when I got there. They says oh well our parking lot is full and you should let us know ahead of time just go park out on the street. Was very lucky to find one parking space. Not located in the best of neighborhoods.

We stayed for 1 night. The room was really spacious and clean. Nice comfortable beds, bathroom was spacious and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay, staff are very nice and friendly. Really quiet at night. No had no issues.We will come back and stay for longer. Thanks team keep it up.

The hotel is great for its price! Modest, clean, affordable and a great location. I truly appreciate that they have a complete set of amenities, even the simple ones such as coffee, tea, and chocolate drink which there is a generous amount. The reception is very informative and very helpful.
I just spent my entire day walking and exploring and I'm so glad the hotel is surrounded by the botanical garden, riverside market, restaurants, and you can find mini marts all over the place. Super close to the Intercity bus stop also!

The 2 bedrooms executive apartment is big, clean and Southwark is within walking distance to the bus depot and city center but there is only 1 central heater for the whole apartment so some areas can be cold or other area hot! ( we stayed in winter) and also the sky window in the living room leaks when it rained.
