The hotel had introduced paid parking since our last stay, and this wasn't obvious when we booked. We would have chosen a different hotel if we had realised. Its a shame as we have used this hotel several times due to its central location (to Chch overall, not to the city centre) and easy parking. We will just have to choose somewhere else in the future.

When we got into our room, we found the toilet was not cleaned at all and we could see disgusting stains on the seat also some hair on the towels. Asked room service to clean and the lady who came for cleaning was very nice and cleaned all the toilet area and changed the towels.
The reception was not helpful even during the check in didn't give us any advise on the parking area and that we needed to pay for the daily park there. Location was good and just walk to the centre.

It will be super great if there's a swimming pool with spa/sauna for old guests.

Great location - great onsite bar and restaurant. Easy walking to Riverside Market.

The property is well located, within walking distance of the CBD, clean and spacious rooms and friendly staff.
