This accommodation is adequate and sufficient for the price we paid which was very reasonable. We did not have high expectations and are not needy. A room and a bathroom were all we needed for 1 night. We stayed on a Monday night and were lucky to get a corner room with a great view of the trees at Hagley Park. It was a very spacious room although the bed mattress was very hard. Everything was clean and tidy. It was unusual to find the reception area unattended but we figured it out and used the phone to call the receptionist. It was a simple exchange with the person that worked there. No fuss. We parked our van on the top level of the carpark and removed everything from it so nothing to tempt anyone to break in.
Common sense and earplugs work well at this good accommodation!

I stay there most of the time and have no problems with the place being quiet and close to all of my amenities

Nice and easy stay! Lovely rooms. No one was at reception for either my check in or check out, but instructions were left that were easy enough to follow.

We had a view of the car park and were woken at 4am by rubbish collectors outside our window. No storage for clothes and had to use the ironing board to sit a case on. The staff were friendly and helpful though
