The receptionist was very friendly and recommended us on places to eat, shop and playground for the kids.

Property was quiet, staff friendly and helpful. The only downside was furniture in living area wasn't comfortable or conducive to relaxing . Very well situated to catch a bus or walk to shopping centres.

We have to say the bathroom was top notch! Beautiful with a large shower area, rainshower and handheld shower heads. Traffic right outside our window but no noise. Staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful.

We stayed at a wheelchair accessible room for a night with Golden Hotel, although we initially written a request for no wheelchair accessible room. When we asked for a change of room, we were told the rooms are fully booked, perhaps due to the Chinese golden week. The area is pretty much accessible, just a few mins drive to nearby mall, supermarket, asian mart. The carpark can be a bit of limited space.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel looks brand new and the facilities are great.
