Convenient position to attend a family gathering. Easy parking and spacious. Easy to book and reasonable rates for the room. Though a little dated, it was warm, comfortable and all you need for a short stay. Clean and good ventilation, everything you need. Friendly welcome and quiet setting. Great value and especially helpful if you have a car (there can be trouble finding car park if staying in city centre).

Everything about this stay was fantastic. Possibly one of the best stays I've had in Christchurch. Beautiful clean, quiet and warm room with lots of room amenities, even air freshener spray in the bathroom! Nice easy parking, clean and tidy property. Easy check in and out.
