We had a great stay, the room was really huge. The washroom is very spacious and functional as well.Very close to Busan station and restaurants. The staff was really helpful. Although we booked a non smoking room, the entrance of the room smelled smoke. The microwave area at the main floor was kinda cluttered. Maybe they can clean it.
But all in all it was a great stay.

It’s located near Busan ktx station so it’s convenient
Staff does not speak fluent English
Disadvantage : check in time was not until 4pm and out at 11am a bit of a long time
was there in November which is the end of autumn so it was cold. They have heating tiles in the room but the air conditioner does not have a remote control (to stop people using it) so it was cold at night. Was there for two nights no room service . You get s small gym size towel which is the norm for Korea

Location easy walking to station. Lots of nearby food places. Good view of Busan from roof top. could do with more toiletries (last hotel I stayed at had lotion) and definitely bigger towels.

I found the property pretty comfortable and in a good location, not far from Busan Station, a major sea and rail hub. The area is a little noisy from the train yard nearby but it didn't affect my stay at all much, definitely recommended.

Early check-in want paid 5000 won per hour, but the customer service didn't explain it clearly. I thought it was a deposit, but I found out it was an early check-in fee when I checked out.
