"We had a lovely stay. Nice views over the fields. Kitchen well equipped with tea, coffee, fresh milk and biscuits. Luxury feel. Enjoyed the hot tub which was warm and ready for us arriving. Would recommend this place and I think we’ll be back."

"All in all nice little cottage for a couple and good as was pet friendly to go up Durham to visit our son up uni and take our dog to see him too. Cottage was nice a little place although i think the tv was slightly too high on wall. As we arrived there were 3 plumbing vans parked outside so had to park out side another cottage for bout hour n half till they moved their vans after going in pub at front of cottages before parking own car then outside our own cottage. "This is a lovely little place with a great pub with really friendly staff and great food. Excellent dog walk on the other side of the road. The room has a fridge microwave kettle and toaster. The owner was a bit stressed about the shower having failed but they had called a plumber and all was fixed with no problems and lots of apologies. Would recommend!!"

"We stayed as a group of 8 ladies, we we watching a show at the stage making this apartment the perfect location. Directly outside the metro station, with a few minutes walk. The apartment had everything we needed, it was spotlessly clean and the beds were super comfy. Would highly recommend "

"We were working in the area, easy public transport into centre asda literally 2minutes walk away, property was very clean and tidy and any questions were answered straight away . Ideal for what we needed, will definitely be staying again"

"Our stay here was okay I mean we’ve been to worse places but as we arrived we were met with a hole in the floor between our 2 single beds. Then as we were going to microwave our food the microwave had mouldy food inside of it. The manager & cleaners did offer us a different room but we were settled by the time we found the food so we just stayed in our room. "Terrific place for a quiet getaway, an close to the Metro for easy transportation within the city. Property manager Andrew was very friendly and very responsive to questions, and had lots of local knowledge. Highly recommended!"

"If you are going to Newcastle, just book this place. Its 5 min walk from the station and so central for the nightlife. Great pub underneath and food options everywhere. The apartment was clean and well laid out, the communication from Gary was spot on. Dont think, just book it."

Anna very cheerfully stored our bags for us while waiting for the train. Everyone so friendly. "The staff here are amazing and very attentive in particular Bradley from reception, Drew, Megan and Joseph from the bar also The guys on reception at the aparthotel as I was moved there due to Expedia mixing up the booking. The hotel however looked after me so it did not impinge on my stay which was great!"

Super stay

"Very pleased with our little trip. Lovely upgrade to a river view room when I explained I had meant to book that but I had made a mistake . Staff all greeted us with a smile. Food at Gino’s was excellent and breakfast the next day was just as good. We again had great tables overlooking the river. When we checked out the lady asked if I would like to leave my bag which I was hoping to . It made a lovely change for somebody to offer before I had requested it. Nice little touches in the room with the toweling robes, slippers and complementary chilled drinks . Also the tea and coffee. "

Amazing as always!

"Just amazing as always. Check in was so simple. The receptionist who checked me in was lovely and even when I requested a few things she done it no bother. Nothing was too much hassle for her. Used the spa the following day and the girls on the desk there were great as well. This is the 3rd time staying here and it has never let us down. We are already looking forward to our 4th stay. "
