The hotel seems to be a bit old (was told over 20 years) but the staff were very friendly and helpful when we complained about the odor in the rooms. The hotel manager Brenda was very nice. She apologized and showed us other rooms that are clean and fresh. We switched to the new rooms and was happy about it. The staff in the restaurant, front desk , concierge were also very friendly and helpful. We are very satisfied and pleased during the stay.

I always stay at this hotel, facility a bit old, but Hilton is Hiton, good management, also close to sports complex. Even had chance to played some tennis while in Chongqing.

great view of CQ (level 30), very convenient location, only a few minutes walk to the metro station. Good breakfast in the hotel and good choices of restaurants nearby.

Big rooms and very clean. Loved the location because it was so close to the Line 1 metro line which takes you to all the main sightseeing spots. Local area is more relaxed than elsewhere In Chongqing

Rooms bathtub was dirty, we had to clean it before we could use it. The bed linens smelled bad. Only there for 2 nights and it was New Years, so we just dealt with it . Also there is no notice of the massive 2000 rmb deposit.
