"Wonderful two night stay. Like others I noted some of the mixed reviews but our stay was excellent. This is a 3* hotel and easily hits the mark, yes a few areas with wear ‘n tear but room and bathroom was clean, restaurant was really nice serving good food and a wide choice. Staff were all excellent; we’d definitely stay again if in the area!!"

"A lovely welcome to a lovely, remote Old Mill house..! The place is beautiful but needs a little TLC which works are being carried out now. The room was OK, big enough but a very cold bathroom - no heat in there at all.. The bed was old & creaky but clean & we slept OK. Tea & Coffee in the room. Bar area and breakfast was first class - always served with a smile. Open fire in bar area made it very cosy. We would stay again. Would love to see the place a little busier which I'm sure it will be...

This needs to be known for those who carry insulin pens and need to store them in the fridge or other medication that requires refrigeration.The bed was big and comfortable. No glasses in the bathroom so nothing to rinse with after brushing. Decor was dated and a lot of cobwebs around the ceiling. Otherwise all clean...
