Our villa was very nice. The customer service needs work. They tried to bill me for using the towel to remove my lipstick. I had to explain to them that it would come out In The wash before they dropped the charges. also I felt like a criminal as they had me wait 15 minutes for them to check my room for checkout before I left. If I was in a rush to get to my flight I would have been late as they did not tell me in advance I would need to wait. Also the only restaurant they had on property was very slow and always closed early. I will not choose them for my next visit

The property host spoke with me over the phone and told me about where to have breakfast. The property, itself, was big, clean, and very nice. WiFi worked great. Great place to book!

Great place to stay, relatively local to main centres - easy taxi, tuktuk or motorbike ride to wherever you need to be. Amazing staff here - extremely helpful, and did everything they could to make our stay amazing!
Rate this property for anyone looking for a comfortable stay! Pool was an additional plus in the heat!

Lovely and friendly staffs, valued for money for staying in this property but small tiny cons are no mirror in the main bathroom and odd that having a pole/frame on the side of a bed..

We just took a only one day in the this hotel. However, the room was cozy and realy clean. The morning breakfast meal were served to your room by staff hotel, the taste was quite good and we would say we love everthing here.

Love property very clean ,nice staff at front desk, very helpful, the only thing they took a little long on checking inn since our arrival was late and we were tired we just wanted reat and they took long yo take us to our village

Nothing around the area. Very slow check out procedure, unmindful of guests rushing with flight schedules. Worst experience: waiting for checkout clearance as staff check the room with missing item/s, it took more than 15mins, claiming a fruit knife was missing from our room! But we never saw a fruit knife when we got in! Do we have to do stock check before we accept the room?! Crazy
