The Trisara is quite an exceptional hotel...the landscaping is stunning. The sea view from our villa was quite special. The accommodation was generous in size, clean and luxurious. The food options on site were good, including the Pru restaurant, which i would recommend every guest try one evening of their stay. The staff were incredibly polite and friendly. The gym is good, not exceptional, perhaps a proper squat rack would be a good addition. The spa treatments on offer are extensive. Our two hour thai and oil massage was incredibly relaxing and the staff were professional and accommodating. This is a special resort. You wont be disappointed.

Great Villas with amazing views , Everyone working there gave us excellent service and a warm welcome . I highly recommend the resort .

Property is ok, old but well maintained. Location is secluded so it's private. Dining options are very limited and food is very average for the price they charge for the hotel (not applicable for PRU which we didn't try). Customer service- very very average. Nothing against any staff, they are all so very nice and they try but the problem is the management and training. For example, sometimes we waited 20 minutes for a buggie. It was hard to communicate with the staff because of the limited English some of them speak. The management seems very unorganized- we made some bookings through the concierge but I had to keep reminding them of certain things (for example, we booked a wake boarding class but i was worried about the weather, the concierge said she will call me to confirm once she checks the weather. I never heard from her, i had to call the time I was supposed to have the lesson and be told she needs to check still and 5 minutes later she told me it's cancelled). At times, I felt like I was reminding them to do their jobs. This is supposed to be a 5 star resort which charged quite a bit to stay there. I was very disappointed with the service. I wouldn't come back.

On a positive note, I am delighted that you enjoyed our secluded location, and the quality of resort maintenance. I do wish to apologize for some service inconsistencies you have encountered during your stay on a busy period, we normally pride ourselves for concierge services that always response and attentive to guest request. I have shared your feedback with our team to ensure that all guest requests are accommodated in a professional manner. We also care about every experience we offer, and I have investigated your comments about water sport activity very carefully. The day that you would like to go for Wake Boarding was very windy and as you know the weather had not been great so our team would like to make sure it is safe for you prior to reconfirm the trip, although at the end it has to cancelled as the weather not permitted. I certainly take your comment regarding buggies that not quickly enough. We have 8 buggies in the front office and normally guests should not have to wait more than 10 minutes for a buggy and we shall certainly looking into addressing this esp.during the busy time. On the English Communication, as you only met a few member of our employees, I am not sure if the general comment that our staff could not speak English skills to be neither fair nor correct. Although, I do appreciate you took the time to mention this and we have highlighted communication training for all our staffs in all services area. In regarding the dining option, I have to inform that we have four different dining options including two Michelin’s awarded restaurants and the fifth option outside the resort at the new Hideaway Chef Table Restaurant in our farm land which only 15 mins away from the resort. I do hope we can highlight these dining options more to you in the future if you may decide to return one day and I would sincerely like to reverse what has been your disappointment. Everything about this property was fantastic! The director, Anthony, was extremely accommodating and friendly to all guests and seemed to know all guests on first name basis. The staff was outstanding and some of our favorite restaurant staff included Tom and Sky. It was a honeymoon trip and this experience exceeded our expectations, making lasting memories we cherish!

This was one of the most spectacular vacation experiences I have ever had. The facilities, staff and location were amazing- the added surprises delighted us each day from champagne to flower petals in the bathtub... they have thought of every detail and every staff member was friendly and accommodating. We especially enjoyed Ying at the Deck 😊 but everyone was wonderful. We can’t wait to come back!
