The Villa was clean and the staff was very friendly. They were very knowledgeable about the surrounding area’s and they helped me to find anything I need.

The villa is good ans its located in a quite area.
Its private pool is excellent and its water is clean.

Stay Away if you don't like bugs/cockroaches

Pros: The pool was nice. That's about it.
Cons: The Villas need to be renovated and cleaned for the premium rates that they charge. I moved to another cheaper hotel that was much nicer and cleaner.
Location: There really isn't much to do nearby as it's in the rural area of Phuket, far from all attractions.
Literally the worst experience I've ever had in a hotel environment. I came here for my honeymoon for a week-long stay. Upon arriving, the staff was friendly enough and I do not fault them individually for my bad experience. We walked into our 1 bedroom villa and it looked slightly rundown, not quite how the pictures looked. Clearly the pictures had been taking in a nicer villa or they had been taken several years ago. I woke up to my wife screaming at 4am because there was a cockroach that had crawled on her face. When I turned on the light there were 3 cockroaches in our bed in a couple others walking around our room. IT WAS AWFUL. We immediately started leaving the place and when I had started packing my suitcase there were 2 cockroaches inside of my bag. This place was absolutely disgusting and hadn't been sprayed. I know this is Phuket, Thailand but I stayed at 2 other hotels in the area and I can say I've never seen a single cockroach in my room before. They were crawling around during the day, so clearly it wasn't a one time incident, it was an infestation. I approached the staff to let them know of the infestation and they said they would handle it. We left for the day and came back to the Villa and there was a single can of Roach spray on the table for us to spray. We decided again to leave and we let the staff know that we were leaving and that we would like a refund. They told me to contact expedia for a refund. Expedia said the hotel said no refunds were allowed.

Far location

Pros: Helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Good sized bathroom.
Cons: Shuttle service. Quality of food.
Location: Not much in the location. Going out to the nearest mart cost 400 baht.
The place is quite comfortable, with a huge bathroom. It is pretty good if you just plan to chill out at the villa itself. The place is pretty far from the usual attractions (Phuket Old Town, Naka Weekend Market, beaches). Though there is 2 rounds of shuttle services to the beach, the staff told us it is subjected to weather conditions - if it is going to be rainy, there will not be any shuttle services due to safety. Though I feel strongly this is our choice and they should still provide the shuttle service (because transport is extremely expensive), the staff was polite and helpful when we have any queries. All in all, if you are looking for a place to just chill and not looking to venture out much, this place is recommended.
