Me and my family really enjoyed the hospitality we received from the time we checked in. Great food at the restaurant, maids services were excellent. Diamond Resort was excellent attending to any needs you requested with a smile. I highly recommend future travelers to check out Diamond Resort.

The hotel is situated on a narrow road with no pavements but theres not really anywhere within walking distance anyway. There is however a really good spa, Mona, just 1 min walk along the same side of the road as the hotel if you turn left as you come out the hotel. The 2 hour massage I had here was amazing, pressure just right, so relaxing. Would recommend the restaurant within the hotel, Infuse, we had breakfast and dinner and it was really tasty. The room was very small for 3 of us and we were asked wait 15mins on checkin while they made up the sofabed despite me contacting them beforehand to let them know this would be required. Were also asked to wait 5mins on checkout while they checked the room for any damage/loss. We were charged 500thb for an umbrella (£10gbp) which is extortionate!! Not happy with that. They must have hundreds of these things go missing every year and there is no way the cost to replace is that high. Overall it was just about passable for 3 cramped nights. The pool was great but I wouldnt return as we like to walk and explore. The shuttle was good but the night market at boat avenue was not as good as the one in ao nang (krabi).

We regret to hear your experience with us was not as expected. Actually, there are couple local restaurants, fruit shops, massage shops, laundry shops within 50-200 meters away from resort. The closet 7-11 (convenience store) is just only 5 minutes-walk from our place. We are really sorry that we had to ask you to wait for 15 minutes for preparing the sofa bed in your room, our resort was really full on that day. However, we always do our best to accommodate our valued guest. In case you found our room is not big enough for your family, we recommend you to try our Two Bedroom Suite or Grand Two Bedroom Suite on your next visit as it would fit better for your family.Regarding the checking out process, our policy and process is to check the room after you left as we would like to ensure that our guests are not forget anything or if they do, then we can give their belongings to them before they leave. For loss & damage, we may have to inform to charge case by case as if it is a major thing, sample: an umbrella is provided in every room for our guest to use during the stay, but we do expect that you could help to take care of it as well. We always use quality stuff at our resort, and to replace the item it also costs us . Therefore, we are really sorry that we have to charge for the lost of the umbrella, we would not charge anything if you use and help to take care of it. At the same time, thank you for highlighting the food taste of our Infuse Restaurant and our shuttle service.
