I like the part its 2 minutes from the beach and there 7 eleven, big c mini, tops,lotus fresh close by and that its far from the tourist areas of patong overall good condo in surin area.

Excellent hotel, especially for the price. Staff was so friendly, room was cleaned daily. Rooftop pool was amazing. Restaurant was very good but not open past 5pm most days. Would definitely recommend!

Some areas of the room dirty like the curtains there was something on there
Floor broken in areas of the bedroom and a hole punched in the door
Staff very friendly, great parking, pool and restaurant very nice

Really nice condo apartment building with a rooftop pool and a gym. The room felt more like a home than a hotel room. Clean and spacious.

Awesome gym equipment and good location excellent value. Pool might need umbrellas and some tiling replacement but good vibes.
