When we got to the room there were no towels, no soap, no toilet paper. We had requested a smoking room and it smelled like there had been a pot party in the room. Carpet had not been vacuumed.

Roaches everywhere the whole place is dirty. The y don’t have coffee. Would definitely NOT recommend!

It was quite, the staff i did interact with were nice and accommodating. Needs a lot of updates and repairs though.

Furniture has mold on it. Dead and live roaches in the room. Mold on the ceiling and around bathroom door

have been a customer at this location for many business/leisure trips. This stay was horrible. When we checked into the location, I had to sanitize and clean the room because its never at standard. This time was worse. Myself and other customers checked in and there was blood all over the mattress cover and sheets. I requested new linen and changed the bedding order to meet sanitary standard. The next day there was a roach infestation. Per my request the room was sprayed but that made them worse. I checked out and requested a partial refund but it was denied. I am all for supporting smaller businesses but this location definitely needs to better.
