Love to stay here because the hotel is located in convenient train Station; express bus station etc. The hotel manager and staffs are nice and friendly. I enjoyed to stay in this hotel.

The staff was friendly and attentive. Always on alert to help you if you needed it. Downstairs is a Lawson‘s quick market which is very convenient It’s a location right next to Tokyo Station can’t be beat. And it’s very walkable to Ginza. We will definitely stay there again.

Highly recommend this hotel. Feels like you are at home and amazing view and amenities. Customer service was a 10 out of 10.
