"Our room was fastidiously clean and kept tidy. Staff was amazing and made sure all our needs were met, and went out of their way to make us welcome. The bed and pillows were comfortable. "Beautiful resort. Fun to walk around, beautiful views and Great rooms. The thermal baths were definitely a great thing to visit on the resort. A bit far, so eating options are limited but the restaurant is very good. I recommend this as part of your journey to the Colca Canyon"

"It is a very nice hotel, right in the middle of the town center, service people are very nice, provide great service and care, the manager Evan is supper nice give us a lot information about the area and idea to visit. Room is spacious clean and bed is comfortable. breakfast is provided. of all , this is a great hotel in Chivay, a lot of tour to Coca canyon and nearby town, beautiful place on earth."
