I feel that VIP did not respect that condition and upon our arrival there were no rooms available and they assigned us one with the air conditioning in poor condition and with the shower damaged

The only problem I have is that my friends from Cali who visited me had a hard time. Apparently i was only allowed to have guest until 9pm. I made my reservation for 2 as i always do so that wasnt the issue. It reqlly felt like i was back in college living in a dormitory by having the hotel dictator who can visit me and til what time. I asked my friends if all hotels in Colombia were this way and said no, that they had never experienced this. I couldnt even have lunch at the onsite restaurant with someone ive known for over a year because i firgot to tell her to bring her id. I guess its great for safety purposes, but it seems a bit extreme. Im a 51 year man and dont feel the need to have who can visit me at a place im paying fir, be dictated by the hotel. As much as i love this location I will be staying somewhere else when i return to Calu next month.
