Coffee was not hot. Outside area of breakfast room needs cleaning. Room small. Leaking water in the bathroom. Good location. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

The check in clerk was not friendly at the check in. She was far more friendlier with local guests.
The feel we got , that we were more of a bother than playing guests.

Great place in Sottomarina by the beach
Posted 21 Jun 2023 on HotelsWe stayed for three nights. The staff are awesome! They genuinely want you to have a perfect time. Take note that hotel.com page does not mention that access to the private beach is extra (21€/day). The food was ok.

Not my best place in italy

Bathroom too tiny.
Plastic glasses in the room, no complementary water.
No tea or coffee making, no justo even boil water!
