Hotel was noisy. Able to hear my neighbor snoring through the night. A lot of outside noise till about midnight. Staff was good. Helpful and quick Front desk area inviting. Breakfast was really good. Clean area and sitting area. Attendants were curtiious and nice.

The tv wasn’t working and the WiFi wasn’t loading. There also weren’t elevators for us one of us was on crutches

Spotlessly clean, updated hotel. Chris at front desk was helpful and friendly. A minor maintenance issue was addressed immediately. Spacious rooms and parking zone. Recommend bringing ear plugs - walls are thin and conversations can easily be heard through the walls.

SCAM. I booked online a non smoking 2 queens bed room, to arrive and found that they gave me a smoking room that smells disgusting, like there is 100 people sitting in right now smoking !! When i went back to the Receptionist about my problem, she said that this is the only two queen beds room they had open, and that they only have one king bed room available if i want to change. My booking was non refundable and it was 10:00 pm, so i was stuck with this choice. The king size bed room online was $15 less, and the Receptionist said that because i already paid the full amount, i cannot have any difference in price back!! So i was trapped and had to accept whatever they gave me. Will never go back again! NEVER! SCAM SCAM SCAM!

I like the hardwood floors the continental breakfast was nice.
