Everything is good and worth the money except the food

Hotel location is not good if you want to explore munnar. Although staff was good , place has old furniture old carpet . No hot shower , coffee machine. Room is very basic.

Pros: Staff & location
If you want to enjoy nature & stay away from city then this is the place
Good food , good hotel staff is very good especially their manager who is very helpful .
Had a great experience.

Pros: Nice room. Nice view. Nice, attentive staff.
Cons: For the price I'd expect more generosity with food/ drink. Bottled water costs extra and a pot of tea is the same as a cup, just need to pour it first
Location: It's not located in Munnar as the map shows. It's about 20 km away. Nice area for walks.
I usually can't afford this price range, but Expedia rewards provided a treat for once. I got what must be their best room, with a beautiful view of the mountains and the lake. The room was spacious and clean and comfortable.

Très bel hôtel mais loin de Mounnar
Posted 25 Dec 2016 on HotelsUn environnement superbe et un hôtel très agréable, mais ATTENTION il est à 32 km de Mounnar et non à 2,4 km donc des frais de transport supplémentaires à prévoir et les cartes bancaires étrangères ne sont pas acceptées, prévoir donc du cash pour ne pas vous retrouver dans une situation critique comme nous l'avons été du fait des fausses informations, ce qui est extrêmement désagréable !!
