"Stayed at this 4*based on fabulous reviews. Enjoyed the 4 night stay a lot although a few things lacking. Upstairs bar not open. Jacuzzi seen in photos was extra cost. Food was good but more expensive than the other 4* we stayed during our 2 week trip. Bedding was fairly poor quality with lumpy pillows. Shower lovely and staff in restaurant friendly and helpful. Anything we needed, the staff assisted. Booking tour excursions thru the hotel was very easy. Very calm and relaxing resort space. The only downside I would say is that the walls are very thin.
