Absolutely amazing quaint little spot. The reception was pleasant and informative. We utilized all of the recommendations. Looking forward to coming back in the warmer months.

It’s really nice, clean, and new. We have a toddler, so for families with little kids, this is a great place to stay (especially enough space for little kids to walk around! The deck is a big plus!)
The communication could be better on how to checkin and checkout but it was easy to figure out.
Not much around, highly recommend to bring your own food/cook.

Been coming to Chincoteague my whole life and after staying at KWC over Xmas I will never stay anywhere else. The staff were so kind and sweet, the convenience of having my own bedroom and bathroom and how modern and clean it is, completely unmatched! 5 stars!

What a nice stay at Key West Cottages. It had everything we needed for our Thanksgiving getaway. Very clean and comfortable too. By the way the staff were extremely helpful when we were in need of anything!! Definitely a must, when in the area again!

I loved how quaint and calming the cattages by the water were. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Very helpful with dinning selection. Overall A m I st excellent stay.

The property is very unique and well appointed. The marketing is VERY misleading and hence the #4 rating. They are a bunch of cute cottages all bunched togerther, many do not share waterviews just the backside of the neighbors cottage. Probably wont spend the money here again but it was worth the one-time experience!

If you are interested in being directly on the water, you might consider our Oyster cottage or our Conch Cottages, they both have an amazing view overlooking the Chincoteague Bay. Our beach area also has a great view to sit back relax and catch the sunset. We do hope you would reconsider and give us another opportunity to host you in the future.
