"I thought it needed more security presence I do t remember seeing any around the parking lot Room was nice and comfortable Very clean Called to get a blanket and pillow for the pull out bed, lady at desk said there should be one in the drawer, I told her o looked and none there. Then she said I had to come down to get one. When I got down stairs to fro t desk, she said I could have a blanket but no pillow. She said there’s 5 on the bed to use o e of them. Then she walked away. Mean while another employee brought me a blanket and a pillow. I don’t understand 1 why I had to come down to get these items? 2 what was the hassle to get a blanket for my grandkid? 3 why did I have to ask for a pillow?"
